Service Description
Join us for a relaxing, holiday inspired project - using patterns, lettering, lace, mulberry leaves from our backyard ... tons of great stamps and tools - whatever you choose! Class #1 (Sat., August 6th 2-4pm): In this first class, you will be using stoneware clay and impressions from actual leaves, stamps, letters, lace and more to create a beautiful Charcuterie (or appetizer) plate or platter. After class, your creation will dry and be fired in my kiln, and await your return for class #2! Class #2 (Sat., August 20th 2-4pm): Your ceramics creation will have dried and been fired into sturdy ceramics, and is now ready to be painted with the glaze color of your choice. After you glaze your plate or platter, I will fire it a second time, and it will come out of my kiln a beautiful, glossy, food-safe platter on which to serve your favorite cheese and crackers, sliced meats, or desserts!
