2-Part September Class - Planters!
Project: Decorative PLANTERS! Saturdays Sept. 10 & 24, 2-4 pm
- $75 for 2 classes
- Classes are in Lakewood, CA. I will share address and confirm by email.
Service Description
This will be a relaxing and nature-inspired project - using Mulberry leaves from our own backyard, stamps, lettering, whatever you choose! SEPT. 10th - 2-4pm Class #1: In this first class course, you will be using impressions from actual leaves from our backyard and neighborhood, as well as my stamp collection to create a resting or hanging wall planter - unlike any other :) SEPT. 24th - 2-4pm Class #2: You will return to find your special planter dried and "bisque" fired in the kiln, ready to be painted with the glazes and colors of your choice. You'll leave it with me for a second, "glaze" firing, which will create a hard, food-safe, glossy exterior, ready to grace your own home or that of a very lucky friend.
