Shipping Policy
To celebrate the launch of our new website, the She-Shed Potter and FireItUp.today are offering FREE shipping for all orders over $75 through July 31st, 2021.
We use current published USPS delivery schedules, and for all orders UNDER $75, we use current published USPS delivery rates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ITEMS MAY TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its protective packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange it for another product or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
For any items which arrive damaged, please send a close-up photo of the damage to ldreyer@fireitup.today, along with a brief description of the nature of the damage within 3 days of delivery. We will contact you to arrange either a replacement (if possible) or refund immediately. When you're happy, we're happy :)
